The brand new (2024 built) semi-detached Premium Suite Sea View Private Heated Pool and Jacuzzi/Hot-Tub offers luxurious accommodation for a maximum of 2 adults plus up to 1 children in total, in 35 square meters indoors and approx. 40 square meters, private, outdoors living space. Premium Suites have their own private Swimming Heated Pools and a private Jacuzzi/Hot-Tub. Indoors are comprised of one double bed, a sofa bed in an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, a 55’ Flat LCD TV and a bathroom. The additional child sleeps on a comfortable sofa-bed in the same area. These Suites' access is on the 1st Floor (external staircase) - thus this maybe an issue for guests with limited mobility. Free fast speed reliable ADSL Internet connectivity comes standard.

The Swimming Pool, due to government energy saving policy, is not allowed to be heated between the 15th of June and 15th of September every year. In all cases, however, the Pools' minimum kept temperature is 27 degrees Celsius. The Jacuzzi/Hot Tubs are heated all year around at maximum 37 degrees Celsius. Please note individual units may vary in layout and area size.
