The Residence - 2 Bedrooms Villa offers luxurious accommodation for a maximum of 8 adults, in 130 square meters indoors and approx. 150 square meters, private, outdoors living space. This Villa has its own private Swimming Pool and 2 separate Jacuzzi/Hot tubs, each for each bedroom. Indoors it is comprised of 2 double bed Bedrooms, 2 separate En-Suite Bathrooms, 2 Living-rooms with 2 WC Bathrooms that can host 4 persons in comfortable sofa beds, separate equipped kitchens and 2 Flat LCD TVs. The Residence Villa's access is on the 1st Floor and the Villa indoors is spanned on 2 levels/floors with internal staircases. This Villa's access is on the 1st Floor (external staircase) - thus this maybe an issue for guests with limited mobility. Free fast speed reliable ADSL Internet connectivity comes standard.

The Swimming Pool, due to government energy saving policy, is not allowed to be heated between the 15th of June and 15th of September every year. In all cases, however, the Pools' minimum kept temperature is 27 degrees Celsius. The Jacuzzi/Hot Tubs are heated all year around at maximum 37 degrees Celsius.
